Return, Refund And Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- Refunds are processed after verification of damage.
- Replacements are offered for manufacturing defects.
- Exchanges are not available once the product is delivered.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is caused by us.
Order Modification And Cancellation
- Modifications (such as size changes) are allowed within 1 day of placing the order.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the product is confirmed.
Order Cancellation By Mirrors And Beyond
We can cancel the orders due to the following, but not limited to, reasons:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Quantity restrictions exceeded
- Delivery to non-serviceable PIN codes
Shipping Policy
- Currently, delivery is available to Mumbai and Thane PIN codes.
- International shipping is not available at this moment.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,999/-. For orders below that, a shipping charge of ₹200/- will apply.
- The mode of shipping depends on the product size and location.
- We primarily ship through Delhivery. Local deliveries may also be handled directly by our team.
Payment Options
We are accepting Pay on Delivery in the initial phase.
Online payment modes (UPI/Wallets/Cards) will be enabled soon.
Miscellaneous
- We won’t be liable for any damages caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.
- Mirrors And Beyond holds the sole discretion to accept or decline any return, exchange, replacement or refund request.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- We provide a 1-year warranty covering LED and electrical components.
- The minimum order quantity for B2C orders is 1 piece.
- The minimum order quantity for B2B orders is 5 pieces.
- Orders are delivered within 7 working days.
